  Extremely understaffed and banker can’t seem to understand a simple question. Went in today, only had one banker and one teller. Banker tells me he won’t have time to see me (which I completely understand-it was late in the working day), then asks me if I want to make an appointment. I ask him, “Sure, when can I come in tomorrow?” He replies, “The sooner the better.” I’m a bit confused since he had just suggested I make an appointment, so I ask, “So can I make a reservation? I can come in whenever.” He responds with, “When would you like to come in?” I tell him, again, that I can come anytime- if we’re able to schedule, I’ll be here. This goes back and forth a few more times, he clearly doesn’t seem to comprehend what’s being asked even after I ask him straightforwardly, “Can I make an appointment/reservation?” a few more times. After about the 3rd time asking, he finally replies, “You can’t make a reservation.” Then why suggest that I make an appointment in the first place, and why not just give me a simple yes/no answer to a pretty basic yes/no question? It’s one thing to be understaffed, but maybe fill your branch with some competent staff who doesn’t waste everyone’s time. Edit: Forgot to mention, banker first asks me what I’m there for. I tell him I’m here to inquire about credit cards I’m pre-approved for. He first says, “We don’t have those.” This is literally one of the things brick and mortar banks are for, and he’s supposed to know this as part of his job.

  The worest customer service ever in Clairmont road Chase bank(next to Kroger)! I went this morning to open up new account and to get direct deposit from my work. She asked me two form of ID. I gave her my green card and Georgia driving license. Again she asked me are you sitzenship for US? No! Then she said you need to have passport! I told her that Recently I have two credit card in chase which is $8,500.00 credit limit And you guys have my all information. Again she asked me my social security card, fortunately it was in my wallet and I gave her. Finally, I told her that I rented new apartment close to that chase bank earlier one month, So I would to keep my credit account address but changing my mailing address by my new apartment. She told me to provide her some documents to prove my new apartment. Then I sent her an email of my new Appetment insurance document and welcomed letter from my email but my agreement was not there. She told me to pending my process until I bring the new apartment Agreement. Again She Told me, I’m not able to open an account and deposit my money . Then I tried to convince her, today’s the only day off I have. I had$600 on my hand to deposit. Let the money deposit and bring the agreement by next week. Even I was tried to talked her manager she told me her manager is so busy. I never ever had have this kind of customer service in my life at any bank. Finally, told her to cancel me from the all process. I will never open any account I Chase bank. She said OK! She seemed happy to do it. I didn’t see any regrate from her face!
